To simplify the nomination process we ask that you submit the name of your nominee along with your phone number via e-mail
to mbrown@exec-alliance.org. At your convenience, a short telephone conversation will be set up with a member of our nominations committee for you to describe your nominee in the context of the criteria.
- Please note that one criteria is a contribution to the sector through participation in Executive Alliance.

- Previous nominees may be re-nominated, with updated nominations.
- The deadline for nominations is Thursday, March 22nd .
Leadership
Award criteria.
- Consistently acts with integrity, as seen through honesty, trustworthiness and open communication.
- Provides leadership development through coaching, mentoring and promoting staff training.
- Shares generously of own resources, knowledge and skills to improve other nonprofit agencies.
- Introduces organizational innovation in leadership through programming, management or governance.
- Through her/his exemplary leadership, contributes to the organization’s success in pursuing its mission.
- Assumes leadership roles in the nonprofit field and the broader community.
- Collaborates with other sectors and organizations: public, nonprofit, private.
- Advocates for issues that promote the health and well-being of the community.
- Contributes to sector through participation in Executive Alliance
