SightLIfe
Monty is President and CEO of SightLife, the largest and most respected cornea recovery and processing organization in the US. Under Monty's leadership, SightLife's growth burgeoned from a modest $3 million to over $10 million in five years, with over $4 million reinvested back into sight related programs for low-income populations in the Pacific Northwest.
Megan Karch

Megan Karch has served as Executive Director of FareStart, a social entrepreneurial organization dedicated to transforming the lives of homeless men and women in the Seattle/King County region, for the last eight years.
Susie Burdick

Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center
Susie has been a leader in the nonprofit sector for over 35 years. Her work has crossed sub-sectors including the arts and health and human services, and has crossed cultures in the United States and Russia. Susie is currently in leadership roles on a local, regional, and national level.
Eric Walker
Secretary
PATH
Mr. Walker is responsible for PATH’s finances and all of PATH’s other core administrative systems, including human resources, legal services, and information services. As a member of the senior management group, he also participates in policy and strategy decisions.
