Committees
To better serve the mission of the Alliance FOR Nonprofits Washington as well as our members, a number of specific committees have been established. Each committee is structured around accomplishing goals for the benefit of the nonprofit sector. If you are interested in participating in any of the following committees, please contact us.
Leadership Award Committee
This committee is responsible for selecting the recipient of the our Leadership Award. This special distinction honors an outstanding person who exemplifies leadership and innovation in their organization and the sector.
Membership Committee
This committee is essential to our membership initiatives. Together with the Board of Directors and Staff, Our Members are partners in guiding and directing the committee in a successful membership focus.
The membership committee meets on a regular basis to establish the membership goals, design the membership and outreach promotion, and plan yearlong duties and activates. It assists the Board and Staff in developing strategies for recruiting and retaining members. To learn more contact us.
Nonprofit Conference Committee
Every year we are proud to present with our 2 partners the Washington State Nonprofit Conference. This committee assists us in developing timely and relevant conference sessions and inviting a diverse and dynamic group of speakers. This committee also helps plan overall conference details and helps market and promote the conference. Contact us to participate.
