These questions and more will be discussed during a rich presentation and
discussion on Generations. Join nonprofit leaders as they explore the
recent study conducted by Amy Carr that examines the thoughts, aspirations and
the frustrations of 22 Executive Directors and 17 Young Professionals who are
engaged in the nonprofit sector.
The presentation will be based on a master in nonprofit
leadership project conducted by Carr. It will illuminate three areas that
current leaders can address right now that will help create a sustainable
leadership development pathway. The pathway can be tied to organizational
capacity and keep the next generations engaged as they see how their work
impacts the mission. The presentation also includes recommendations based
on interviews with foundation and sector representatives.
