How they work?

• Cohorts are formed based on the following responsibilities:

Executive Directors/CEOs with less than 6 years experience
Executive Directors/CEOs with more than 7 years experience
CFOs/Directors of Finance
Development Directors
Board Chairs/Board Presidents

• Confidentially is a primary expectation

• Meetings are three hours long and logistics are managed by EA

• Each member is allotted an equal time slot each session to raise issues particular to their organization

• Members choose their own issues to explore and resolve. They take a complete look at the situation, explore alternative solutions, set realistic goals, and take positive actions

• Coaching involves a variety of approaches and skills, including: active listening, probing questions, brainstorming, supportive challenges, while occasionally sharing personal materials and experiences
